We are a rapidly growing financial technology company seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior IT Business Analyst to bridge the gap between our business stakeholders and our development teams. You'll be instrumental in defining and delivering the next generation of our digital products.

What You'll Do:

  • Requirements Elicitation:
    Lead workshops, interviews, and documentation efforts to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for
    web and native mobile applications
    (iOS and Android).
  • KYC and Compliance:
    Serve as the functional expert for all requirements related to regulatory compliance, with a primary focus on
    KYC, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and customer onboarding processes
    .
  • Documentation & Modeling:
    Create clear, concise, and complete documentation, including use cases, user stories, process flows, data models, and wireframes (working closely with UX/UI designers).
  • Collaboration:
    Act as the primary liaison between business units (e.g., Compliance, Operations) and technical teams (Developers, QA, Architects) to ensure requirements are understood and accurately implemented.
  • Product Backlog Management:
    Work closely with Product Owners to groom and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring the technical team has a continuous stream of ready-to-develop items.
  • Testing Support:
    Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans and scenarios, ensuring delivered solutions meet the defined business requirements.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years
    of experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in the
    FinTech, Banking, or Financial Services
    industry.
  • Proven expertise in web and mobile application development cycles
    and understanding of platform-specific considerations.
  • Deep functional knowledge of regulatory requirements
    , specifically
    Know Your Customer (KYC)
    processes, customer due diligence, and identity verification.
  • Exceptional communication skills
    —both written and verbal—with the ability to articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience and business goals to a technical audience.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like
    Jira
    or
    Confluence

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
