What is the job?

The Lead Financial Analyst is responsible for serving as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership by providing insights, analysis, and recommendations to guide resource allocation, investment decisions, and business growth.

Responsibilities:


• Serve as primary finance partner—challenge assumptions and drive data-backed resource and investment decisions

• Lead budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans aligned with corporate objectives

• Build and maintain financial models; run sensitivity analyses on risks, upsides, and strategic impact

• Analyze results and KPIs; turn insights into actionable recommendations for senior leaders

• Improve FP&A systems, tools, and reporting to enhance accuracy, speed, and efficiency

• Partner with Accounting and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, accurate reporting and elevate FP&A's strategic role

Qualifications:


• Minimum of five (5) to eight (8) years of progressive FP&A or finance experience.

• Minimum of one (1) year supervisory or leadership experience in accounting, BPO, or member services.

• Uses Excel and financial modeling systems to build robust models; leverages AI tools to boost analysis and reporting efficiency.

• Translates complex data into actionable insights; delivers data-driven recommendations to senior leaders.

• Detail-oriented and organized; manages multiple priorities; communicates clearly in English and influences executive decisions.
