An innovative technology company, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Support Agent to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is based in Davao City, Davao del Sur, where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service for our hotel booking account.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues via email, chat, and other non-voice channels
  2. Providing timely and accurate information to customers about hotel bookings, policies, and availability
  3. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members for further assistance
  4. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and documenting resolution steps
  5. Continuously learning about new products, services, and policies to better serve our customers
  6. Contributing to the enhancement of our customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Open to 6 months and above Customer Facing Experience in BPO or Non BPO,

    At least HS/Senior High School graduate
  2. Excellent customer service skills with a passion for providing a positive customer experience
  3. Strong written communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to navigate various software applications
  5. Familiarity with the hospitality industry or previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
  6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  7. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuously improving processes
