JOB SUMMARY:

Reports directly to Accounting and Finance Manager. Responsible for the preparation of check vouchers and checks, recording of VAT and Non-VAT purchases to Purchase Book, manual recording of Cash Receipt Book and summarize payees for monthly filing of Expanded Withholding Tax.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare check vouchers and check after verification of completeness of supporting documents.

Prepare the Accounts Payable Vouchers and post the same in ERP.

Prepare Aging of Accounts Payable-Trade.

Prepare monthly remittance of Creditable Income Taxes Withheld (Expanded) BIR Form 1604-E.

Compute Cost of Sales of Products.

Records VAT and Non-VAT purchases to the Purchase Book.

Records cash receipts to the Cash Receipts Book.

Prepare monthly Analysis of the Selling Expenses (440 accounts).

Summarize payees in the Petty Cash Fund (PCF) replenishments for Expanded Withholding Tax (EWT) purposes.

Prepare Sales Invoices and delivery documents based on Sales Orders.

Prepare Monthly aging of Accounts Receivable.

Prepare Customer's monthly Statement of Accounts.

Prepare Monthly reconciliation of AR Trade per Book balance and per Aging of Accounts balance.

Prepare Monthly sales summary.

Records Monthly sales to Sales Book.

Responsible for documentation, application and processing of Customer's VAT-Zero rating.

Assist the cash accountant in the preparation of VAT Returns.

Responsible for the preparation and processing of Payroll, other benefits and tax

Performs additional task/s as assigned or may require from time to time.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Proper accounting of check disbursements.

Update recording of Purchase Book, Cash Receipts Book and Sales Book.

Accurate analysis of Cost of Sales

Accurate analysis of 440 accounts.

Accurate and timely preparation of Sales Invoices.

Accurate and timely Aging of Accounts Receivable.

Accurate and timely reconciliation of Accounts handled.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

Formal Education : Graduate of BS in Accountancy or Financial Management; CPA is a plus.

Experience: Preferably two (2) years in accounting work.

Others: Proficient in computer software such as: Excel, Spreadsheet; Good time management skills, analytical skills, can work under minimum supervision; person with unquestionable dignity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
