- Respond to customer inquiries regarding telecom products and services via phone, chat, or email.
- Assist customers with billing questions, service issues, and account concerns.
- Identify opportunities to promote additional services and upsell when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Provide excellent customer service with professionalism and clear communication.
Requirements:
- HS/SHS Graduate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Billing and sales experience is a plus.
- Customer-focused and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
