. We offer technology-driven project management and delivery of security products and services.

Role Description

As SDR, you'll prospect security decision-makers, qualify leads and book qualified meetings for Account Executives. This full-time role demands cold calling discipline (100+ dials/day), perfect English communication, and relentless quota attainment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute
    100+ cold calls/day
    + 50 personalized emails to security directors/managers
  • Qualify leads using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) from our database
  • Achieve 5 qualified appointments/week
     (demo-ready meetings with decision-makers)
  • Maintain CRM hygiene (HubSpot) - log all activities, update lead status daily
  • Collaborate with AEs to hand off warm leads with full qualification notes
  • Hit weekly activity quotas: 500 dials, 100 connects, 25 qualified conversations

Requirements:

  • Flawless business English

  • Proven cold calling success (call center, B2B sales, or SDR experience
    REQUIRED
    )
  • Hunter mentality - comfortable with rejection, thrives on quota pressure
  • Tech-savvy: HubSpot/CRM proficiency, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Security industry knowledge a plus (CCTV, access control, cybersecurity integration)
  • Full-time availability (40+ hrs/week, US timezone)
