Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable conducting 40+ Zoom interviews daily in a group or individual setting
  • Must be willing to call and do phone interviews
  • Organized and detail-oriented with time management skills.
  • Driven by results and motivated to hit hiring goals.
  • Previous experience in recruiting, sales, or customer-facing roles preferred but not required.

Job Responsibilities

  • The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for screening candidates, conducting initial Zoom interviews, and developing relationships to ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants. This role is highly people-focused, requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build rapport quickly.

  • Be part of a supportive and dynamic HR team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
