Sourcing Specialist for Awesome CX by Transcom - Davao

We are looking for talented individuals like you to join our team Be a
Sourcing Specialist
for our Davao site. This role will focus on day-to-day sourcing activities, managing sourcing channels, driving applications and hires, and collaborating with partners and vendors to achieve talent acquisition goals for Awesome CX.

Join our Family as a Sourcing Specialist

• Manage assigned sourcing channel/s through strategic planning, implementation and analysis
• Drive site applications and hires through his/her assigned sourcing channel/s
• Plan and implement channel-specific activities and collaborate with various Awesome CX partners/vendors to implement talent acquisition initiatives
• Attain assigned goals/targets: Leads, WBs, Hires, Conversion and CPH
• Formulate strategies for his/her assigned channel/s and implement initiatives which are beneficial to Awesome CX
• Monitor and manage performance of assigned channel/s
• Reporting (Creating, Analyzing and Publishing Data necessary for strategic planning)
• Ensure channel initiatives and function are aligned with Awesome CX's policies, cost and process compliance Responsible for procurement and invoicing of assigned channel/s' expenses
• Source qualified candidates to fill hiring demands and ensure achievement of Sourcing Targets by implementing cost-effective strategies for Awesome CX's Recruitment
• Monitor market trends and innovative sourcing techniques to increase effectiveness in the role
• Come up with channel-specific proposals to increase capability to source candidates Respond to all queries related to his/her assigned channel/s Maintain, track and analyze numbers and come up with action plans for encountered challenges
• Track channel spend accordingly
• Any other tasks that may be assigned in support of the organization's goals and objectives

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must…

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Management or equivalent
• Above average verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of General Talent Attraction Strategies
• Successfully handled a sourcing channel/s in previous experience or role (preferably with Employee Referral Program background)
• Ability to work independently
• Attention to details
• Ability to adapt and work in a high changing environment
• Analytical skills
