We are looking for a Cold Email Specialist to take ownership of outbound email campaigns building, testing, and optimizing to generate a steady flow of qualified leads. This role combines hands-on execution with a strategic mindset to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, launch, and optimize cold email campaigns to generate leads.
  • Monitor email deliverability and improve open/reply rates.
  • Research and segment prospect lists for precise targeting.
  • Manage leads and workflows using Go High Level CRM
  • Track results and suggest improvements for better performance.
  • Contribute to improving the email and lead generation strategy.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in outbound/cold email lead generation.
  • Experience running cold email campaigns with measurable results.
  • Proven experience in prospecting and lead generation tools.
  • Experience with Go High Level CRM or similar platforms.
  • Availability to work in EST timezone.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
