The Recruitment Specialist is responsible to managed the full-cycle recruiting process. This role is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the company's staffing needs. The Recruitment Specialist will have a solid understanding of talent acquisition strategies, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for connecting top talent with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Create and post job advertisements on job boards, company careers pages, and social media platforms.
  • Source candidates through databases, online employment forums, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with hiring teams.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain communication with applicants throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation on all candidates and recruitment activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with current recruiting trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Participate in employer branding activities and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of work experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employment legislation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
