Job Summary

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment initiatives by identifying, evaluating, and hiring qualified individuals for various positions across the organization. This role is essential in driving effective talent sourcing, coordinating the hiring process, and ensuring recruitment activities align with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Post job vacancies on internal and external job platforms.
  • Actively source candidates through professional networks, job portals, and referrals.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments to shortlist potential candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and ensure timely communication with applicants.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment system or database.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts to attract top talent.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and offer acceptance rates.
  • Stay informed about current hiring practices and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and online job platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Open to working onsite or in a hybrid arrangement, depending on business requirements.
