Position Summary
The HR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day Human Resources operations and ensuring compliance with company policies, labor laws, and best HR practices. This role requires a well-rounded HR professional knowledgeable in all facets of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, HR compliance, and policy implementation. The HR Supervisor will act as a key partner to management and employees in building a positive, compliant, and performance-driven workplace culture.
