Available Positions:

1. Supervisor (Female)

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Operations Management, or any office related course
  • At least 1 year of experience in operations support, recruitment, coordination, or administrative support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable
  • Female with a professional and confident appearance
  • Willing to work at SSI Head Office (Kapitolyo, Pasig City)
  • Can start immediately with complete government requirements (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, TIN)

2. HR Coordinator (Female)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Discreet in handling confidential information
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment, payroll, benefits, and employee relations
  • Female with a professional and confident appearance
  • Willing to work in SSI Head Office (Kapitolyo, Pasig City) and Assigned area Quezon City
  • Can start immediately with complete government requirements

3. HR Coordinator (Male – 2 Vacancies)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment, payroll, benefits, and employee relations
  • Must have a motorcycle and valid driver's license
  • Male with a charismatic and professional presence
  • Willing to work in SSI Head Office (Kapitolyo, Pasig City) and assigned areas in Rizal or Las Piñas
  • Can start immediately with complete government requirements

Supervisor:

  • Coordinate payroll submissions accurately and on time
