Sales Executive

Identify and target potential clients such as corporations, residential complexes, commercial establishments
Conduct client visits and presentations to promote the company's security services.
Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and service contracts.
Negotiate terms and close agreements to maximize profit while ensuring client satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and annual sales goals set by management.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for business expansion.
Contribute to marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities.
Provide input to management regarding market pricing, client feedback, and emerging industry demands.
Assist in creating promotional materials and sales presentations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the security, manpower, or service industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of the security services market and client requirements is an advantage.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and handle multiple clients simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
