About the Role:

We are seeking a confident, persuasive, and goal-driven Sales Representative to join our high-performing team. This role focuses exclusively on closing pre-qualified leads via Zoom—no cold calling or manual prospecting required. You'll use our proven script and presentation to guide potential clients through the buying process, answer questions, overcome objections, and complete sales transactions.

This is a performance-based role with unlimited commission potential, perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct scheduled Zoom meetings with pre-qualified leads provided by the company
  • Deliver compelling presentations using approved scripts and materials
  • Answer questions and handle objections in a professional, solution-focused manner
  • Assist customers in completing their purchases and processing payments
  • Recommend upsells or bundles when appropriate to maximize value
  • Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems
  • Collaborate with the fulfillment team to ensure a smooth post-sale experience
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in sales (inbound, telesales, or Zoom-based sales is preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable speaking in English or Taglish via video calls
  • Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets
  • Self-motivated, trustworthy, and results-oriented
  • Reliable internet connection and working device (for remote work setup)

Compensation:

  • ₱17,000 plus Commission

Job Type: Full-time
