SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation Campaigns and Content Management:

  • Devise and execute lead generation campaigns across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).Opti
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum engagement, conversion, and ROI.
  • Manage content creation and curation, ensuring consistency in messaging, branding, and tone.

2. Ad Boosting Budget Control:

  • Maintain full control of ad boosting budgets across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor and allocate budgets effectively to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Stay updated on platform trends, algorithms, and best practices to enhance ad performance.

3. Content Creation and Copywriting:

  • Create engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and captions.
  • Craft compelling and persuasive copy that resonates with the target audience.
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to develop high-quality content.

4. Social Media Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the brand's goals.
  • Identify growth opportunities, trends, and emerging platforms for potential expansion.
  • Implement tactics to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and community building.

5. Reporting, Monitoring, and Analysis:

  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly.
  • Regularly analyze performance metrics, including engagement, reach, leads, and conversions.
  • Generate reports showcasing campaign performance and insights, and use data to refine strategies.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  2. Proven experience (X years) in social media management, lead generation, and content creation.
  3. Proficiency in managing ad budgets across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  4. Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
  5. Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different platforms.
  6. Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics.
  7. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  8. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate goals into actionable plans.
  9. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  10. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
