About the role

This is an exciting full-time opportunity to join the marketing team at Kimstore Enterprise Corp. as a Social Media Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging social media strategies to promote the company's products and services across multiple platforms. You will be based in Quezon City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and executing social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales
  • Creating and curating compelling content for the company's social media channels
  • Monitoring social media activity and engagement, and adjusting strategies accordingly
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives
  • Analysing social media metrics and providing insights to inform future strategies
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
  • Providing excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and comments on social media

What we're looking for

  • 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their unique features and best practices
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills
  • Creativity and the ability to think outside the box when it comes to social media content
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media metrics
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
