Social Media Specialist

Location: Onsite

Reports to: Creative Manager

Overview:

We're looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to help elevate our brand presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. If you live and breathe content, trends, and engagement—and know how to turn a scroll into a click—we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and campaign goals
  • Schedule and manage posts across multiple platforms using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite
  • Write short, compelling captions and assist in crafting campaign messaging
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and overall community interactions, escalating when needed
  • Develop and implement targeted ad strategies across social platforms, working closely with the creative team for visuals and messaging
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to generate reports with insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging social media trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, marketing) to ensure cohesive storytelling and campaign execution

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in social media management or digital marketing (internships/freelance work count)
  • Solid understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube content strategies
  • Familiarity with basic scheduling and analytics tools
  • Basic knowledge of running or assisting with paid ads or boosted posts
  • Skilled in Canva; Adobe Creative Cloud experience is a plus
  • Strong copywriting and visual communication skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable multitasking
  • Positive, collaborative attitude and passion for staying ahead of digital trends
