We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Social Media Specialist to develop and execute strategies for our organization's social media presence, creating and publishing engaging content, managing social media accounts, and monitoring performance to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Development & Management: Develop, write, and design engaging content (posts, graphics, short videos, infographics) for LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and other relevant platforms.
  • Campaign Development & Management: Support the planning, launch, and optimization of paid social campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.). Coordinate campaign creatives and messaging with the marketing manager and design team. Track and optimize campaigns for engagement, CTR, conversions, and lead quality. Collaborate with sales and telemarketing teams to align campaigns with lead generation efforts.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to inquiries, comments, and messages across social media channels. Proactively build connections with target audiences and relevant industry groups. Support employer branding initiatives by showcasing company culture and employee stories.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, CTR, leads generated). Prepare monthly reports and insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements. Stay updated on social media trends, competitor activity, and platform best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles (internship experience considered).
  • Strong written and visual communication skills; ability to craft engaging copy and design simple graphics.
  • Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design/video editing tools.
  • Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite).
  • Analytical mindset with basic experience using social media analytics tools.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Passion for digital marketing, B2B technology, and continuous learning.
