Social Paid Media Specialist

Hybrid - 3x onsite 2x WFH

Monday to Friday-Mid Shift

Makati

We're seeking a data-driven and creative Senior Paid Media Specialist to lead and optimize our paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. You'll be responsible for developing strategy, managing budgets, and driving performance for paid search, social, display, and programmatic advertising. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Manage campaign setup, optimization, and reporting for search, display, video, and social ads
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve ROI
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies
  • Lead budget planning and forecasting for paid media channels
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to cross-functional marketing initiatives

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in paid media campaign management
  • Proven success managing large-scale budgets and multi-channel campaigns
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other ad platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Excel
  • Experience with conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and attribution models
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Google Ads and Meta certifications are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php55, Php65,000.00 per month
