Assistant HR Manager

This role will be part of the newly established Center of Excellence within the HR team, reporting directly to the Deputy General Manager of HR. The position will serve as the Subject Matter Expert, delivering data-driven initiatives in Performance Management, Organizational Development, and Learning & Development to support HR Business Partners.
Job Description:
Performance Management
- Collaborate with Department Heads to develop, review, and update job descriptions for all position titles, ensuring alignment with KRA and KPI standards as defined by the KPI Institute
- Build and maintain comprehensive KPI libraries for all departments, including responsibility for KPI calculation accuracy and validation
- Design and implement onboarding plans tailored to each position title
- Serve as the program lead for the organization's performance management framework
Organizational Development / Talent Management
- Facilitates Talent Reviews in preparation for career planning and development of employees
- Succession Planning using the 9-box grid model
Training and Development
- Facilitates annual TNA
- Creation of Annual Training Plan
- Program Champion in the deployment of Technical and Soft Skills Training program
