At Easy Contact Philippines, Inc. we're looking for a results driven, high energy Sales Development Representative to help us fuel our growth You will be the first point of contact with potential customers and clients and you'll play a key role in driving our success by qualifying leads, sparking interests and setting up appointments for meaningful sales conversations.

What you'll do:

  • Qualify new leads through our CRM and sales pipeline.
  • Field basic questions and concerns about our products and services to potential clients.
  • Schedule consultations between prospective clients and the sales team.
  • Properly maintain client contacts and details.
  • Continuously contact unprocessed leads/clients.
  • Do outbound calls to target businesses worldwide to promote our products and services.
  • Confirm and document client details that are interested in our products and services.
  • Provide customer service by attending to clients needs and inquiries and solving their problems.
  • Ensure the SLA is properly met.

What we're looking for:

  • Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in Appointment Setting.
  • Strong background in doing outbound calls with sales experience.
  • Has good English communication skills verbally and in written form.
  • Amenable to work in Makati.
  • Amenable to work in a shifting schedule (APAC, EMEA, US)
  • Can start ASAP.
  • Experience in using Salesforce CRM is a plus.
