This analyst focuses on designing, documenting, and testing workflows and automation sequences for one of PSG's major recruiting solutions. The role ensures end-to-end integration with Workday and the proprietary CRM and ATS to deliver a smooth candidate experience. You will also configure and support email/SMS outreach and internal recruiter portal, ensuring candidates and recruiters have a cohesive experience.

What you'll do:

  • Map and optimize recruitment workflows integrated with Workday.
  • Create, test, and refine conversational scripts and automation logic.
  • Validate data transfer and candidate journey consistency.
  • Produce documentation and maintain test cases for ongoing releases.
  • Configure and maintain messaging workflows (email/SMS) in PSG's internal recruiter tools to ensure candidates receive timely reminders, updates, and follow-ups that align with Anna AI calls.
  • Partner closely with Product, Implementations, and regional operations to capture field feedback and translate it into updates to pathways, workflows, and messaging content.
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation (e.g., call cadences, message variants, scheduling options) to improve connect rates, completion rates, and candidate satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–5 years in HR technology, Business Analytics, or Automation Design.
  • Experience with workflow tools, conversational design, or RPA preferred.
  • Basic understanding of APIs and integration testing.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Comfort working with global stakeholders across time zones
