Ascendion is currently looking for a Quality Automation Specialist with Salesforce experience to support projects with our insurance partners.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for validating Salesforce solutions by ensuring all enhancements, configurations, and customizations meet business and technical requirements.
  • Designs, develops, and executes
    automated test scripts
    for Salesforce modules, integrations, and workflows to ensure reliability and accuracy.
  • Collaborates closely with
    developers, business analysts, product owners, and business stakeholders
    to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Performs
    functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
    across Salesforce clouds and related systems.
  • Identifies defects, logs issues, and supports the development team in root-cause analysis and resolution.
  • Ensures adherence to
    quality standards, best practices, and testing methodologies
    specific to Salesforce environments.
  • Utilizes tools such as
    Selenium, Postman, JIRA
    , or other automation and validation tools aligned with Salesforce testing.
  • Contributes to continuous improvement of automation frameworks, processes, and test strategies to enhance overall product quality.
