HubSpot Expert - Data Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a Data Analyst with strong expertise in HubSpot CRM. In this role, you will take ownership of our CRM data, reporting, and performance analysis to deliver insights that enhance our customer experience and drive operational excellence.

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize advanced workflows, automations, dashboards, and reports within HubSpot.
  • Track and report on key customer support KPIs including CSAT, NPS, response time, resolution time, and productivity.
  • Serve as the HubSpot CRM owner, managing data integrity, reporting, and dashboard creation.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Support, Operations, and Leadership teams to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources to present clear, actionable insights.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience, including advanced workflows, automations, dashboards, and reporting.
  • 3–5 years of data analytics experience, with a proven ability to extract, analyze, and interpret data from multiple systems.
  • Understanding of customer care and support workflows, ticketing systems, and key performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with SAT, NPS, response time, resolution time, and productivity.
  • Experience with Power BI or Tableau or Excel for Data visualization and reporting.
