We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Test Automation Analyst
with hands-on expertise in
UiPath
and
automation testing and development
to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts for business process automation (RPA) solutions, ensuring error-free deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain test automation scripts for UiPath workflows.
  • Collaborate with developers, RPA analysts, and business stakeholders to understand automation requirements and translate them into test cases.
  • Execute end-to-end functional, regression, and performance tests.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs and issues to resolution.
  • Develop test plans, test scenarios, and test data as needed.
  • Ensure test coverage, traceability, and overall quality of the automation solution.
  • Participate in code reviews and process improvements in QA best practices.
  • Support UAT and production rollout phases with defect analysis and troubleshooting.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in QA testing with at least 1–2 years in
    UiPath RPA testing
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    automation testing frameworks and tools
    .
  • Solid experience with test management tools like
    JIRA, TestRail
    , or similar.
  • Familiarity with
    UiPath Orchestrator, Studio
    , and related components.
  • Strong understanding of
    SDLC
    ,
    Agile
    , and
    CI/CD
    practices.
  • Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, C#, VB.NET) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • UiPath certifications (e.g., RPA Developer Foundation, Advanced RPA Developer).
  • Experience in testing other RPA platforms (e.g., Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) is a plus.
  • Experience in UiPath Test Suite or UiPath Test Manager
  • Knowledge of
    API testing
