RECRUITMENT MANAGER

Build teams. Shape careers. We're hiring a Recruitment Manager who can lead our hiring strategies, develop high-performing recruiters, and ensure we attract and retain top talent. If you're a people-first leader with a passion for talent acquisition, this is your next big move.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and manage the recruitment team to meet hiring goals and ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and sourcing plans for various roles and departments

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process—from job posting and screening to final selection and onboarding coordination

  • Partner with department heads and senior management to forecast manpower needs and plan hiring timelines

  • Ensure a strong candidate experience and uphold the company's employer brand across all touchpoints.

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess performance, optimize processes, and improve efficiency

  • Train, coach, and mentor recruiters to enhance sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills.

  • Manage relationships with job boards, agencies, and other external recruitment partners Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to keep strategies competitive

  • Support HR projects and initiatives related to talent management and employee engagement

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field

  • At least 6 months of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a leadership or managerial role

  • Proven ability to lead a recruitment team and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and talent market trends

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills

  • Analytical, goal-driven, and highly organized

  • Must be willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig
