Recruitment Assistant

The Recruitment Assistant provides administrative and operational support in the end-to-end recruitment process. This role ensures a smooth and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers, from job posting and screening to interview coordination and onboarding assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job vacancies on various platforms (job boards, social media, internal portals, etc.)
- Screen resumes and shortlist qualified applicants based on job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial phone or online screening interviews when required.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
- Prepare and organize recruitment reports, candidate summaries, and hiring documentation.
- Assist in job fairs, campus recruitment, and other talent acquisition activities.
- Support onboarding activities such as pre-employment requirements and new hire orientation.
- Ensure all recruitment files and records are complete and properly stored.
- Perform other HR-related administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with online job platforms.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality.
