About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our growing car rental business. This role requires strong administrative skills and proficiency in Excel to manage tasks such as customer service, payment tracking, and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:

-Perform day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.

-Track payments, prepare invoices, and monitor account records.

-Generate and maintain Excel reports for business and operational tracking.

-Provide customer service support, handling inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.

-Coordinate with internal teams to maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in administrative roles (background in the car rental industry is an advantage).

-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, invoicing, and other office applications.

-Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

-Excellent communication and customer service skills.

-Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
