Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Support directly the VisMin Sales Manager in managing accounts and dealers in the assigned area.

  • Accountable for delivering of Sales Targets by focosuing on the area/dealer KPI's and sales drivers.

  • Ensure timely and complete reporting of Service-related concerns.

  • Develop business by opening new channels/dealers in the area.

  • Evaluate the job performance of the stores and branches.

Education & Work Experience Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree with emphasis on sales or marketing or business.

  • Exposure in appliance industry is highly preferred

  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Filipino)

  • Excellent selling skills, including closing deals, strong negotiation skills, as well as excellent people and organization skills

Area Assignment:

  • Central Visayas including Cebu, Bohol, Negros Oriental & Siquijor
