Must have experience supporting multiple clients at once, the experience needs to be recent

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in QuickBooks, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Invoicing and MS Excel.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks.
  • Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable entries.
  • Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice verification and payment processing.
  • Handle accounts receivable tasks, such as invoicing, payment tracking, and collections.
  • Monitor and analyze expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Identify areas for cost savings or efficiency improvements.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and other relevant reports.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to support budgeting and forecasting activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Associate degree in accounting or related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Assist in Ad-Hoc requests as needed
