Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role located in Makati. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include market research, preparing sales presentations, and project management and coordination.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, account management, and sales within the glass, aluminum, or construction industry.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Oversee full project lifecycle from initial design and measurement to installation and final handover.
  • Conducts onsite measurements for project estimation and design purposes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in market research and sales presentation development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and other teams to develop strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or Architecture is preferred.
