Right now, we're scaling fast and looking for a talented sales professional to join our growing team. This role is fully remote (India-based), and you'll be part of a collaborative, high-performing group where your expertise and initiative are valued from day one.

The Role

As Sales Executive, you'll take ownership of the sales process across the India region, driving new business through proactive outreach and building lasting relationships with HR leaders, recruitment firms, and enterprise clients. This is a consultative sales role where you'll be expected to generate pipeline, manage the full sales cycle, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, target, and engage new prospects through outreach, networking, and lead generation.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and tailored proposals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial conversation through to close.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships within the recruitment and HR industry.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

About You

  • Proven track record in SaaS sales OR experience in recruitment/HR sales.
  • Strong background in proactive outreach and closing new business.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
  • Based in India with a strong understanding of the local market.
