SAAS SALES SPECIALIST AT PANCAKE

Pancake is a modern, fast-growing SaaS platform that helps businesses manage all customer conversations - from WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and more - in one smart, unified dashboard.

After 5 years+ in Philippines, we've built a strong client base and solid brand presence. Now, we're ready to scale up fast - and we're looking for a Sales Specialist who can help drive Pancake's next stage of growth in the Philippines.

1. Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients through online sources, social media, industry directories, and business events.
  • Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, or social media to present product information tailored to their needs.
  • Conduct product presentations both offline (client visits within Metro Manila and Philippines area) and online (via Zoom or Google Meet).
  • Provide post-sale consultancy and support for at least six months to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle customer requests and inquiries according to Pancake system procedures.
  • Resolve basic issues independently and escalate complex cases to relevant departments.
  • Maintain accurate and updated client information in the CRM system.

2. What We Are Looking For

a. Working Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales or customer service, preferably in SaaS, technology, or digital products (e.g., E-commerce, Technology, IT Outsourcing etc.).
  • Proven sales skills with strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer relationship abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software such as Pancake, Page365, ManyChat, Shopify, or WordPress.
  • Results-driven, motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Fluent in both Tagalog and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

b. Market Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of the Philippines' SME, digital, and e-commerce ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with local business culture and sales behaviour.
  • Experience engaging with online business owners, coaches, or reseller communities is a plus.

3. Work Conditions

  • Salary: 25, ,000 PHP (Base + Commission + KPI Bonus)
