About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven and strategic
Sales Executive
to join
BYC Ventures
, a company building trusted blockchain infrastructure for governments, enterprises, and institutions. You will play a key role in expanding our client network, driving revenue growth, and helping organizations adopt secure and transparent systems through BYC's core products,
Lumen
and
Prismo
.

This role requires a strong mix of consultative selling, relationship management, and an understanding of how technology enables modern digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and develop leads across public and private sector organizations.
  • Conduct sales meetings, client presentations, and product demos that communicate the value of Lumen and Prismo.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and proposal creation to negotiation and closing.
  • Coordinate with the Business Development Director and cross-functional teams to align strategies and proposals with client needs.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners and clients to ensure satisfaction and continuity.
  • Develop sales materials and ROI-based business cases that highlight how blockchain improves trust, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Track and report sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback.
  • Stay updated on blockchain, digital infrastructure, and national digital transformation trends to strengthen positioning.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of B2B or enterprise sales experience, preferably in SaaS, IT, or government technology solutions.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in consultative or solution-based selling environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of institutional procurement and enterprise sales processes.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to grasp complex systems and translate them into client value.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-oriented culture.
