We're looking for a DevOps / System Administrator — an architect of stability and speed.

✦ What You'll Do

• Manage, secure, and optimize servers, deployments, and infrastructure across multiple environments (staging, production)
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for Laravel, NuxtJS, and mobile applications
• Oversee system monitoring, logging, and incident response using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK
• Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) practices and deployment automation
• Conduct routine system hardening, backups, and vulnerability assessments (VAPT)
• Manage Nginx, Docker, supervisord, and other server technologies with precision
• Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to ensure zero-friction deployments
• Continuously document configurations, scripts, and processes into playbooks for repeatability and scale
• Uphold strict security and reliability standards in line with PRAXXYS's IRONSHIELD framework

✦ What You Bring

• 2–4 years of proven experience in DevOps or Systems Administration
• Strong command of Linux (Debian/Ubuntu) and shell scripting (Bash or Python)
• Familiarity with Docker, Nginx, GitHub Actions, and supervisord
• Understanding of load balancing, DNS, and SSL configuration
• Experience managing cloud environments (AWS, DigitalOcean, Linode, etc.)
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging stacks (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK)
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and diagnostic ability
• Bonus: experience in AI agent infrastructure, automation, or DevSecOps
