About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Supervisor to oversee the company's on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure. This role ensures system reliability, security, and scalability while providing technical leadership to a team of infrastructure engineers and administrators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all systems and networks.
• Manage servers, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), storage, and networking components.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues proactively.
• Lead, mentor, and guide infrastructure team members to ensure operational excellence.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to develop and execute infrastructure strategies and roadmaps.
• Implement and enforce IT security standards and compliance requirements.
• Conduct system audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability management.
• Support the development and use of automation tools to streamline operations.
• Optimize infrastructure costs without compromising reliability.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
• Manage backup, recovery, and disaster preparedness procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems administration, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Proficient in Windows/Linux servers, virtualization platforms, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell, etc.).
• Solid understanding of networking, cybersecurity practices, and compliance standards.
• Exposure to DevOps tools (Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines) is a plus.
• Certifications such as AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, CCNP, VCP, or ITIL are an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
