About the Role

We're looking for an Infrastructure Systems Administratorwho will help ensure efficient and secure IT operations across our offices and stores. This role focuses on managing IT infrastructure projects, maintaining hardware and network systems, and supporting daily IT requirements that keep the business running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee IT infrastructure requirements for new store openings and renovations, including structured cabling for data, voice, CCTV, and audio/video systems.
  • Coordinate with contractors, project managers, and mall administrators to ensure all IT requirements are met.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment such as POS systems, desktops, laptops, CCTV, AV systems, printers, and Wi-Fi.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage POS permits and related documentation.
  • Provide technical support for hardware, network, and software issues.
  • Monitor system performance to ensure reliable connectivity and availability across locations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and networking systems.
  • Experience in network administration, troubleshooting, and IT support.
  • Hands-on experience with CCTV, audio/video systems, and telephony is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well with cross-functional teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
