Role Summary

The Solutions/Systems Architect provides strategic technical leadership in designing, integrating, and optimizing enterprise systems and digital solutions. The role ensures that all ICT systems and platforms are secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain the overall system solution architecture roadmap for the organization.

· Translate business requirements into integrated, high performance technical solutions.

· Oversee cloud and infrastructure architecture across on-premises, hybrid and SaaS environments.

· Ensure all solutions meet security, compliance, and performance standards.

· Collaborate with ICT operations, developers and vendors to ensure seamless system integration, and lifecycle management.

· Provide technical governance and guidance throughout project implementation.

· Drive innovation and technology adoption to support digital transformation initiatives.

Skills and Requirements:

· Strong background in system and software architecture design, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

· Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with client goals and system capabilities.

· Skilled in creating architecture diagrams, system flowcharts, and technical documentation.

· Ability to conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed solutions.

· Experience in system optimization, scalability planning, and performance tuning.

· Solid understanding in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), API integration, and microservices architecture.

· Solid understanding of database systems, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

· Strong leadership and communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients.

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering

· More than 3+ years in a systems or solutions architect role.

· Relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, or TOGAF) are a plus.

· Amenable to client deployment within Metro Manila

· Amenable to start immediately
