Key Responsibilities:

  1. Document Processing

  2. Prepare, collate, and facilitate the execution of HDMF loan contracts for qualified buyers.

  3. Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner.

  4. Loan Transmittal

  5. Transmit buyers' loan document folders to the Pag-IBIG Fund (HDMF) and ensure proper tracking and acknowledgment.

  6. Institutional Coordination

  8. Interdepartmental Coordination
