Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management or any related course.
  • With a proven track record of meeting/exceeding his/her sales target.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • With experience and ability assess market situations and gather information, using it to formalize sales strategies.
  • Skilled and confident in preparing reports and presentations to the Management, potential and existing customers.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft office-related reports and social media channels.
  • Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. SALES

· Performs cold and warm calls to new prospective clients, agents and marketing partners.

· Promotes products and services through various channels.

· Maintains a good relationship with all agents, marketing partners and other sales channel contact persons to ensure steady flow of leads that will result in successful loan bookings.

· Implements and ensures compliance of approved marketing plans and strategies.

· Recommends sales related activities and initiatives

2. CUSTOMER HANDLING

· Maintains good and continuous relationship with existing customers and solicits referrals from them.

· Ensures customer satisfaction by monitoring closure of reported customer complaint cases within 24 hours, valid requests and inquiries are addressed within 24 hours from time of receipt.

· Conducts follow through or after sales services and feedback information.

· Asists walk-in clients and answers all inquiries correctly and efficiently

· Answers all social media inquiries at the standard turn-around time.

3. ADMINISTRATIVE

· Accepts and checks loan application forms and other loan documents from all sales channels and partners for processing.

· Updates the sales universal database file and prepares the loan checklist per qualified loan application for endorsement to the Credit Department.

· Prepares and presents various sales reports such as but not limited to sales production, client database masterfile, agents and marketing partner reports.

· Ensures that telephone calls are answered all within 3 rings in the sales area

· Ensures sufficient inventory of Sales and Marketing materials
