Job Purpose


•Renders opinions and informational assistance on compliance matters of the company, new issuance of regulators, compliance with the company's MLPP, AML matters and concerns


•Conducts gap analysis for new regulatory issuances vis-à-vis the existing practices and procedures of the company and recommends courses of action as a result of such gap analysis to business units


•Manages compliance-related systems (AML System, Acuity Compliance Link, FRAML) and acts as project manager and administrator


•Acts as resource person and conducts trainings, as may be necessary on regulatory issuances and other compliance matters


•Performs periodic compliance testing in accordance with the group's work plan to determine adherence by all responsible officers and employees with regulatory and association requirements


•Drafts Compliance related policies and manuals and update existing one.


•Handles Compliance related special projects

Job Requirements


•Graduate of any 4 year course


•At least 6 relevant years of work experience in the banking industry, preferably with exposure on credit card operations, payment solutions and non-secure loans, with compliance/legal background


•Must possess very good analytical and oral and written communication

skills


•Adaptable to technological changes, including AI
