APEC Homes is looking for two (2) Design Architects that are mainly responsible in designing and reviewing commercial and subdivision projects. The successful candidates are also expected to:

  • Research and propose new technology, designs and innovations and prepares cost & value analysis;
  • Conduct site investigation and analysis for new properties and conceptualize and propose project designs via 3D Renderings in video and/or image format;
  • Prepare plan & details for permit application (Development Permit, DAR, ECC, Building Permit & HDMF Appraisal) and ensures that all plans are within the standards and implementing rules & regulations
  • Prepares blueprints for budget and construction reference and make necessary corrections;
  • Prepare technical documents for BOI and review VSR for DENR approval.
  • Candidates with attached link to online portfolio or sample works will be prioritized.

Job Qualifications

  • Licensed Architect;
  • Experience in PD 957 and mixed used development; Or at least one year experience as Design Architect;
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Sketchup, Lumion, Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint;
  • Analytical; Process improvement-oriented and Results-driven;
  • Executes tasks with utmost professionalism and integrity.

Working Conditions

  • Full time Ortigas-based
  • Field work as needed for site inspections
