Responsibilities:

  • Administers and coordinates employee benefits programs such as HMO, Life Insurance, company loans, and other fringe benefits.
  • Assists employee on processing their benefits from SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-ibig.
  • Ensures accurate and timely processing of timekeeping data through Sunfish system.
  • Handles the processing of government remittances.
  • Maintains and updates employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepares monthly government reports.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing necessary documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Coordinating with various stakeholders to secure tools of the trade of new hires.
  • Manage the offboarding process for departing employees that includes securing necessary documents, tools, and completion of clearance process.
  • Assists employees on their inquiries and concerns.
  • Assists in engagement activities.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related course
  • Minimum of 3-4 years related experience
  • Result-driven
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized and with strong attention to details
  • Willing to report daily onsite
  • Advance Excel Skills
