This is a full-time Customer Service - Call Centre role with TalentSync Training and Development based in Cagayan de Oro Misamis Oriental. As a Technical Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing them with high-quality support and assistance to resolve their technical queries and issues.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to inbound customer calls and provide friendly, efficient and knowledgeable technical support
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose customer issues, offering tailored solutions
  3. Update and maintain accurate customer records and case information
  4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or department when necessary
  5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and procedures
  6. Provide insights and feedback to enhance the customer experience

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers
  2. Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  3. Familiarity with technical support and customer service best practices
  4. Demonstrated ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  5. Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre or technical support environment
  6. Willingness to learn and expand your technical knowledge
