
Technical Support Representative

This is a full-time Customer Service - Call Centre role with TalentSync Training and Development based in Cagayan de Oro Misamis Oriental. As a Technical Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing them with high-quality support and assistance to resolve their technical queries and issues.
What you'll be doing
- Respond to inbound customer calls and provide friendly, efficient and knowledgeable technical support
- Troubleshoot and diagnose customer issues, offering tailored solutions
- Update and maintain accurate customer records and case information
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or department when necessary
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and procedures
- Provide insights and feedback to enhance the customer experience

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers
- Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Familiarity with technical support and customer service best practices
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre or technical support environment
- Willingness to learn and expand your technical knowledge
