Sales Representative – Lubricants & Industrial Products

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and promote lubricants, industrial products, and related services. This role is open to both experienced professionals and fresh graduates with a passion for sales and a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate will develop new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and provide product support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development: Identify and approach potential clients in industries such as manufacturing, automotive, construction, and logistics.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Product Promotion & Demonstration: Educate clients on the benefits and applications of lubricants and industrial products through presentations and consultations.
  • Technical Support: Work closely with the technical team to provide product recommendations and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Market Research & Strategy: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
  • Collaboration: Work with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to learn about industrial products, lubricants, and their applications.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
