Your Role:
As a Sales & Business Development Manager, you will:
  • Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for business development and market expansion.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage pricing strategies, and close deals effectively to secure new partnerships.
  • Understand client needs deeply and develop customized solutions that address their business challenges.
  • Collaborate strategically with sales and marketing teams to align efforts and maximize efficiency.
What You Need: Non-negotiables
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8+ years in sales, with a strong focus on developing and executing strategies that drive significant business growth and revenue.
  • Solid background in driving business development initiatives specifically within the offshore staffing and outsourcing industry.
Preferred skills/expertise
  • Proven experience in a dedicated Business Development role or a similar growth-focused position.
  • Expertise in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) for effective pipeline management, tracking client interactions, and generating accurate sales forecasts.
  • Strong knowledge of various sales methodologies and best practices to enhance overall sales effectiveness.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling, data-driven insights and recommendations to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while consistently meeting deadlines.
  • A highly results-driven mindset, with a clear focus on achieving measurable business outcomes and targets.
  • An independent self-starter, capable of taking full ownership of projects and driving them to successful completion with minimal oversight.
  • Attentive to detail, ensuring all required documents are meticulously prepared and in place for successful contract finalization.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate complex insights into actionable strategies for growth.
  • Deep familiarity with industry-specific trends, particularly within offshore staffing, outsourcing, or related fields, to identify new opportunities.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where adaptability and problem-solving are key to success.
