Job Summary:
The IT Manager – Retail Systems is responsible for leading the support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of core retail business applications. This role manages a team of retail application support specialists and officers, ensuring optimal system performance, minimal downtime, and alignment with business objectives across the retail value chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Application Support team responsible for day-to-day support of enterprise applications
- Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- Point of Sale
- Customer Relationship Management
- Warehouse Management System
- Transportation Management System
- Analytics - Dashboards and Reports
- Act as the primary escalation point for application-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication to business users.
- Monitor application performance and availability; proactively identify and resolve system issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with business units to gather requirements, recommend improvements, and implement enhancements or configuration changes.
- Manage application lifecycle activities, including upgrades, patches, integrations, and migrations in coordination with vendors and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements for systems that process sensitive information.
- Coordinate and oversee system testing, change management, and deployment processes.
- Develop and maintain application documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
- Define and track key performance metrics (KPIs) related to application performance and support efficiency.
- Manage vendor relationships and service-level agreements (SLAs) related to third-party applications and solutions.

Pay: From Php60,000.00 per month
