Job Summary:
Robinsons Handyman is seeking a results-driven Commercial Business Officer to manage and grow our portfolio of corporate clients. This role involves developing and managing relationships with business clients, promoting handyman, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sales, account management, and B2B relationship building, with a strong focus on delivering tailored solutions to corporate accounts.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients for handyman.

Manage a portfolio of existing corporate accounts, ensuring service satisfaction and retention.

Develop customized proposals, presentations, and service/product packages to meet client needs.

Serve as the primary point of contact for business clients, ensuring prompt and effective communication.

Negotiate contracts and service agreements in line with company policies and client expectations.

Coordinate closely with operations and service teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.

Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

Prepare and present regular sales reports and client feedback to management.
Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B sales, account management, or related roles.

Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized.

Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and store visits.
