Restaurant Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience. The position requires professionalism, attentiveness, and a genuine desire to provide hospitality in a casual dining environment.

  • Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
  • Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about menu items or ingredients.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
  • Serve meals and drinks in an efficient and friendly manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards.
  • Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
  • Process guest payments (cash, credit, or other methods) accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining area, and service stations.
  • Assist in setting up tables, arranging utensils, and restocking supplies.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations.

Qualification:

  • High school graduate/college level/college graduate.
  • With Casual Dining Server experience
  • Basic knowledge in the food industry and its practices.
  • No visible tattoo
  • Willing to work in BGC, Taguig

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
